What your customer sees when you send a bill
Your customer gets an email with a link to a page showing the invoice: your business name and details, what the work was, what it costs, and a way to pay. They don't need an account and they don't download anything.
The page
It's the invoice, laid out to be read on a phone. Your business name, your contact details, the work, the total, and the due date.
Once it's paid it shows as paid, so a customer opening the same link later can see they've settled it.
How they pay
If you've connected payments, they can pay by card or straight from their bank account. Bank transfer costs them nothing extra and costs you less. It's worth mentioning to anyone paying you a large amount.
If you've put Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle handles on your invoices, those show up too, along with a code they can scan.
After they pay
The invoice marks itself paid. You don't have to do anything, and you don't need to be in the app when it happens.
