HelpProposals and projects
What your customer sees when they sign
They get a page with your business details, the work, the price, and a place to sign. They can type their name or draw a signature, and they have to tick that they agree before it'll go through.
Typing or drawing
Both count. Drawing with a finger works on a phone; typing is easier on a laptop. Either way you get a record of who signed and when.
They can't skip the agreement
The tick box is required. A signature without it doesn't submit.
If a deposit is due
They pay it as part of signing, on the same page. The proposal isn't signed until that goes through.
