Payment reminders
An unpaid invoice can be reminded. The reminder is the same bill with a nudge attached, and it goes to the same customer at the same address.
What it sends
An email with the amount, how overdue it is, and the same pay link. If the customer has agreed to texts, it texts too, with the same consent rules as any other message.
It stops on its own
A reminder is only ever sent on an invoice with money still owing. Once it's paid, nothing more goes out, including if the payment lands between you sending the reminder and the customer reading it.
Following up is the job
Most unpaid invoices aren't refusals, they're people who forgot. A reminder that goes out without you remembering to send it is most of the value here.
