HelpConnecting to Claude

Setting up the Claude connection

Settings → Advanced has the connector address. You paste it into Claude, sign in to Fieldsmith when it asks, and approve what it's allowed to do.

Doing it

Copy the address from Settings → Advanced, add it as a connector in Claude, and follow the sign-in. You'll get a screen listing what it's asking for.

  1. Open Settings → Advanced in Fieldsmith.
  2. Copy the connector address.
  3. Add it as a connector in Claude.
  4. Sign in and approve.

The approval screen

It lists what the connection can do in plain language: see your jobs, create invoices, and so on. Read it. It's the one moment you decide what an assistant is allowed to touch.

Disconnecting

Same place, whenever you want. Cutting it off stops all access immediately.
