The customer page
Opening a customer shows their details, the jobs you've done for them, and the invoices you've sent. It's the screen to open before a call, when someone asks what they owe or when you were last out.
What's on it
Contact details and address at the top. Below that, their job history and their invoices with what's paid and what isn't.
Using it on the phone
This is the screen worth opening when a customer rings while you're driving. Their address, what you last did, and whether they still owe you, without hunting through three lists.
