Solo or crew: what changes

On your own

Your day is a Route: today's stops in the order you'll drive them, with the drive between each one. Jobs are assigned to you automatically, so you never pick yourself off a list.

Your bottom bar is the same as everyone's: Home, Jobs, Customers, and Money, with the + in the middle for anything new.

With crew

Your day is a Dispatch board instead: the work laid out by who's doing what, which is what you want when you're moving a job from one person to another.

Your crew list is one tap from your picture in the top corner, and the + gains a "Crew member" tile. The bar itself doesn't change.

Switching

Adding your first crew member is what changes it. You don't set a mode anywhere.
