When you've got no signal
Fieldsmith keeps showing your day when the network won't. Your jobs, customers, and invoices stay readable from what was last loaded, and the app tells you it's showing you something offline rather than pretending.
What you can still see
The day you already had open: your jobs, your customers, your invoices. Enough to get to the next address and know what you're doing there.
What has to wait
Anything that changes something: creating a job, sending an invoice, marking work complete. Those need the network, and Fieldsmith says so rather than looking like it worked.
Help works offline
These articles are part of the app, so they read fine with no signal, which is exactly when you're most likely to need one.
When it comes back
The banner clears on its own once the app can reach the server again.
