Read-only mode
Read-only means you can open and read everything, but you can't add or change anything. Your data is all still there. Nothing is hidden and nothing is deleted.
What still works
Looking at anything: customers, job history, every invoice you've sent, your settings.
Invoices you already sent keep working. A customer can still open the link and pay, and the invoice still marks itself paid on its own. Money owed to you doesn't stop being collectable.
You can still get in touch with us. Asking for help is never switched off.
What doesn't
Creating or editing: new jobs, new customers, new invoices, changes to what's already there.
Coming out of it
Everything unlocks again as soon as your account is active, with nothing to restore and nothing to re-import. Your work sits exactly where you left it.
