Photos on a job
You can add photos to a job from your phone. They stay on the job, and they can go out on the invoice, which is the quickest way to end an argument about what was done.
Adding them
Open the job and add photos. Taking them on the spot is the point. This is meant to happen while you're standing there, not back at the truck.
On the invoice
Job photos can appear in the invoice email, so a customer sees the work alongside the bill.
Worth doing on messy jobs
Anything involving damage, access problems, or a before-and-after worth showing. It costs you ten seconds and it settles disputes that otherwise cost an hour.
