Thirty days to change your mind

Closing schedules the deletion rather than doing it. For thirty days you can simply sign back in and it's cancelled. Everything is still there, untouched.

After that it's permanent

When the thirty days are up, your customers, jobs, crew, and settings are deleted for good. Invoices are stripped of personal details rather than vanishing, because a record that money changed hands has to survive.

There's no undo past that point. Not by asking us either. The data is gone.

Before you go

There's no way to export your data yet, so anything you want to keep needs saving out by hand first. If that's a problem, get in touch before you start.
