Seeing your jobs in your phone's calendar
Settings → Calendar sync gives you a link you can subscribe to from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook. Your Fieldsmith jobs then appear alongside the rest of your life, and stay up to date on their own.
Setting it up
Copy the link and add it to your calendar app as a subscribed calendar. It updates itself from then on, so you don't re-import anything.
It's one-way
Jobs flow out to your calendar. Things you put in your calendar don't come back as jobs.
Treat the link as private
Anyone with that link can see your schedule. That's how calendar apps work, since they can't log in. Don't post it anywhere. If it gets out, come and get a new one.
Refresh timing is your calendar's call
Phones decide for themselves how often to check a subscribed calendar, sometimes only every few hours. A job booked five minutes ago may not be there yet. Fieldsmith itself is always current.
